Why am I still up?

This has been a long, busy weekend, and we didn't even leave the house much. Neil and I both had to speak in church on Sunday (7 minutes each on the topic "Following Christ by loving your neighbor"), so we spent a good portion of Saturday preparing for that. The other half of Saturday (the very early, first half of Saturday) was lamentably not spent in bed, but at a Stake Relief Society activity, where I learned lots of stuff about living more green/providently. I was supposedly one of a few people heading up the event, but all I did was wander and take a bunch of pictures.

Today has been spent on homework and photo editing/prep. I finally decided to buckle down and finish sister K's senior pictures. The editing process has been challenging, since I'm learning as I go, but quite fun and rewarding. It's great to be able to salvage a picture that just wasn't great to begin with. I just this second finished sending them to sister and Mom and Dad. I hope they like them! I'm looking forward to having more opportunities to practice and learn photography and photo editing. Maybe next time I'll do a smaller shoot, so I don't have to edit so many pictures at once!

Okay, it's suuuper late. Here's a photo of my beautiful sister K. (My other sister is beautiful, too, but I didn't just finish editing 35 pictures of her.)

Hopefully Neil will be done with homework soon, too. I'm not holding my breath, though ...
